Wolfcraig Distillers has released the Wolfcraig Luxury Collection, a limited-edition selection of whiskies and gin curated by master blenders Richard ‘The Nose’ Paterson and Ian MacMillan.
The collection is priced at £65, and 1,000 sets of 4 x 50ml miniatures are available containing:
- Wolfcraig 35 Year Old Blended Grain Whisky (£325)
- Wolfcraig 30 Year Old Premium Blend (£425)
- Wolfcraig 14 Year Old Deluxe Blend Triple Sherry Cask (£80)
- Wolfcraig Gin (£42)
Among the four miniatures is Wolfcraig’s 35 Year Old blended grain whisky described by MacMillan as “a masterpiece – a unique and rare gem that can never be replicated,” a 30 Year Old Premium Blend which Paterson says is a “flawless diamond,” and a 14 Year Old deluxe blended whisky crafted in triple sherry and ex-bourbon barrels.
The collection also includes the pair’s first gin collaboration – a premium Scottish spirit with tantalising notes of juniper, orange peel, vibrant lemon and cassia, infused with 17 botanicals, including raspberry and wild thyme, and which won a gold medal in the Global Gin Masters Awards 2023.
The 30 Year Old premium blend also struck gold this year, at the Scotch Whisky Masters.
