Bute Island Foods has partnered with plant-based recipe platform BOSH! to create a quartet of recipes showcasing the versatility and meltability of the brand’s plant-based alternative to cheese, Sheese.
The recipes are rolling out from July to November via the BOSH! social media and web content platforms. They include:
- Air Fried Crispy Cajun Cauliflower Steak Burger
- Sheese and Sticky Date with Tamarind Chutney Toastie
- Sheesy Stuffed Pasta Shells with a Smokey Vegan Nduja Sauce
- Sheesy Garlic and Herb Pull Apart Loaf
Bute Island Foods is conducting in-store shopper activations and promotional support across Sainsbury’s, Asda and Ocado to support the recipes.
An integration with technology platform Adimo means shoppers can select Sheese products from BOSH! social and web content and add them directly to their online supermarket baskets.
Al Flynn, brand lead at Sheese, commented: “We’ve selected a great mix of spicy, sweet, smoky and herby recipes that show off the versatility of our product and how it can be used in the same way as its dairy counterparts to create those indulgent, comfort meals consumers know and love.”
Henry First and Ian Theasby, the vegan chef duo behind BOSH!, added, “The recent rebrand from Sheese is truly impressive, and the products are absolutely delicious. We’re excited to get into the kitchen, create some delightful recipes and showcase the incredible meltability of Sheese to our audience.”
