Glasgow-based Rapscallion Soda has revealed a new Passionfruit variant for its X_series line-up.
The new flavour joins the Blueberry, Bramble, and Pina Colada variants, and will be available from 15 January online.
The brand uses raw ingredients to create vegan, organic and low-sugar sodas. The X_series consists of micro-batches giving customers the opportunity to influence the final flavour profile and vote on future batches.
“I’m excited about this year, we survived the worst of the last two years but with fresh interest from investors coming onboard they’ll be injecting some much needed capital into our new Innovation Facility in the heart of Glasgow,” Founder Gregor Leckie said.
“We have just finished canning our latest Passionfruit project, and we’re excited to see the response from our customers, we’ve worked hard to create a bright, light new expression of a tropical fruit that is usually enjoyed alongside a mountain of sugar.
