Valia Christidou, Ian Meadows and former SRFDA judge Ruth Dolby will offer personal examples from more than 130 years of food and drink industry experience they have gained by leading some of Britain’s largest food brands, through to co-founding a nationally distributed brand of their own, and everything in between. The team’s multi-functional experience encompasses product development, technical, operations, commercial and financial disciplines.
