Rutherglen-based Equi’s Ice Cream is celebrating the wins of two industry gongs this week: a Silver Medal at the Ice Cream Alliance Awards and the Marketing Award at the CeeD Awards.
Equi’s Biscoff Crunch flavour earned a Silver Medal at the Ice Cream Alliance Awards, a competition that celebrates the best of UK ice cream. The awards are known for their rigorous judging process, recognising only the highest standards in the industry.
Furthermore, Equi’s was awarded the Marketing Award at the CeeD (Centre for Engineering, Education and Development) Awards. This recognises the work behind Equi’s recent rebrand, which aimed to highlight its Scottish product enriched with Italian heritage and flair.
David Equi, owner of Equi’s Ice Cream, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised with both a Silver Medal for our Biscoff Crunch and the Marketing Award for our rebrand. These awards are a testament to the hard work and passion of our team and show that we’re winning across the board—from delivering exceptional products to creating a compelling brand experience.
“The CeeD award is a reflection of the collective effort that went into reshaping the future of Equi’s. A huge thank you to our partners that helped bring this vision to life. We are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and are excited for what’s to come.”
