The Specialbuy, which includes two half pound beef patties, is available for a limited time only.

Aldi suggests pairing it with the supermarket’s newly launched giant brioche buns to make the ultimate half pounder Scotch beef burger.

Or, if your appetite puts Desperate Dan to shame, simply put the patties together in a bun for a whopper of a double half pounder.

Aldi’s big brioche buns (2 pack, 79p) are available in store now as a summer seasonal line.
