Tesco customers across Scotland can now enjoy two more award-winning single malts as the supermarket stocks whisky from Angus Dundee Distillers for the first time.
From 16 April, Glencadam American Oak Reserve and Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish will be available to purchase at more than 60 Tesco Extra and Tesco Superstore locations.
Glencadam American Oak Reserve is matured exclusively in hand-selected premium quality American oak ex-bourbon barrels sourced from Kentucky in the United States.
A premium single malt, it has a sweet, tropical and orchard fruit style, with a smooth finish.
The launch in Tesco comes as Glencadam Distillery celebrates its 200th anniversary with a new visitor centre set to open in Brechin this summer.
Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish is a small batch single malt bottled in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, before marrying and finishing in hand selected Pedro Ximénez sherry butts sourced from Andalucía, Spain.
The process of finishing has created a rich, complex and full-flavoured single malt.
This year Tomintoul Distillery marks its 60th year of whisky making.
