There’s little over a week until Scotland’s Speciality Food & Drink Show, which takes place at the SEC, Glasgow from 21 to 23 January 2024.
Almost one-third of exhibitors are new to the event, which will see the launch of many 2024 ranges from existing producers.
With every stand taken, there is a comprehensive range of artisan drinks, confectionery, fresh foods, biscuits, preserves and snacks on offer. Notable new suppliers include Harris & Lewis Smokery, Island Larder, Beckfords Rum Spirits, Brose Oats, Buck & Birch, Epicure, Dodger Jam and Holleys Fine Foods.
At the heart of the show lies the Launch Gallery, with suppliers such as 8 Doors Distillery, Little Birdie Coffee, MXYD Scottish Cocktails and The Third Sin along with a display of the winners of the show’s Best Product Awards.
Sourcing, tasting and ordering aside, the show also offers abundant networking opportunities and the Talking Shop Seminar theatre provides informative masterclasses, panel discussions and keynote talks.
Show director Mark Saunders said: “The demand for stands this year has been phenomenal. With a flourishing tourist market in Scotland, and a reputation for fine produce, buyers from all over the globe will be coming to Glasgow to source truly exceptional products. A delegation of US buyers is visiting through NACTA, underscoring the broad appeal of this Scottish showcase. Come and see for yourself from 21-23 January.”
