Tain-based cheese producer Highland Fine Cheeses has secured a deal with the Co-op that will see two of its products listed in more than 90 stores across Scotland.
Cheese supplied includes the producer’s Skinny Crowdie – a traditional highland cheese which was the the first to be made by the Stone family in the 1950’s and is described as light and creamy with a faint hint of lemon and soft curd texture – and its Strathdon Blue cheese.

Supplying Co-op also supports our business development, and helps raise awareness of our cheeses, not only among residents, but also further afield as visitors to the area increasingly look for local produce to take back home with them.”
