Online beer supplier Flavourly has teamed up with Macsween to produce a limited-edition haggis beer.

The Cold Macsween Beer, launched in time for the Burns Night celebrations, is made by Edinburgh-based brewery Cold Town and is exclusively available on Flavourly.

The pale ale is brewed with Scottish malted barley and oats and a pinch of the secret spice blend used to produce the Macsween haggis.

Boasting pepper notes on the palate, it has been dubbed as a “perfect” accompaniment to a Burns supper.

A 6-case pack is available on the Flavourly website for £19.95, while it is also available as part of the brand’s Burns Night Mixed Case, including Loch Lomond and Glasgow beers amongst others, for £59.95.
